Data Protection for Our Services

The following information is based on the legal requirements of Art. 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”).

The principle of data minimization applies in data protection law. This means we only process the data that is absolutely necessary to carry out your request professionally.

For email communication, conducting sessions, and calendar management, we use Google Workspaces (Enterprise).

This service is offered by Google, and the data remains within the EU per our agreement with Google. More information can be found here: Google Workspaces Data Location.

We have a data processing agreement with Google according to Art. 28 GDPR.

Purpose of Data Processing

• Invoicing / forwarding of invoices to tax advisors

Data Retention Duration

As indicated, we process your data solely to fulfill your request. This means that once this purpose is achieved, we will delete your data unless you have consented to a longer retention period, or retention is required by tax, commercial, or other laws.

Your Rights as a “Data Subject”

Since we process your data, as outlined, you are entitled to certain rights, unless these are restricted or excluded by law. These rights include, in particular, the following:

• In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you can request information about the personal data we process about you. If the information request is not made in writing, we may request evidence to verify your identity.

• In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to demand the correction of inaccurate or completion of your personal data stored by us without delay.

• In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you can request the deletion of your personal data stored by us.

• In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

• In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you can request to receive your personal data, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or you can request the transfer to another controller.

• In accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR, you can revoke any consent given at any time. However, this revocation only applies to future data processing. The legality of data processing based on this consent before the revocation is unaffected.

• In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Generally, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or our company’s authority.
